Parkville
Towne Fair: Come
visit us at the Parkville Towne Fair on Sunday, September 12, from
10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Visit the fair and stop in to say “Hi”
to our faithful volunteers and Scouts. Then, head back to SIJ for
some delicious spaghetti! Harford Road south of St. Ursula will be
closed to traffic during the fair hours; shuttle service is available
from Parkville High School to the fair area.
All
Day Scrapbook Crop: This
fun event will take place on Saturday, October 2, beginning at
9:00 a.m. and continuing until 4:00 p.m. in the church hall.
Cost is $30 for croppers, and includes lunch, beverages, table space
with plenty of "elbow room," door prizes, vendors, and a
"make 'n take." Newbies are welcome to come and
learn.

Parish Organ Recital: Enjoy an evening of organ music at
Immaculate Heart of Mary on Sunday, October 10, at 5:00 p.m. Our own
Kate Scott will be among the featured performers.

Why

Join
us as we take a closer look at some of the challenges our Church
faces and how we as Catholics can respond. With video, printed
resources, and group discussion, we will share an evening of learning
and understanding with fellow Catholics. Find new ways to keep the
faith alive and claim your place in the Church.
There
is no charge for this event, but pre-registration is required. Register
online or use the forms in the bulletin board rack in the back of
church. Registration deadline is September 17.
