Mass Card Request

Two types of Mass Cards and Intentions are available. Masses are offered for the repose of the soul of a deceased person or for the intentions of the living. There are cards with both “In Loving Memory” and “For Your Intention” available. The requested donation for either card is $5. Cards may be obtained from a Sacristan during weekend Masses or from the parish office during the week.

Announced Mass Intentions are offered at scheduled Masses at our parish on a set day and time and are listed for the coming week in each Sunday bulletin. Announced Masses are offered for weekend and weekday Masses, and for Holy Days.

The staff makes every effort to give excellent service to the parish; however, St. Isaac Jogues is a one-priest parish. There may be days when, due to legitimate reasons, a priest may not be available to offer the scheduled Mass. Since we accept announced Mass intentions in advance, it will not always be possible to reschedule the Mass at St. Isaac Jogues. It may be sent to another parish or to a mission to be offered at a day and time of their choice.

Unannounced Mass Intentions are offered at other parishes in the Archdiocese, at our sister parish in Haiti, or by the Discalced Carmelite Fathers at their mission in Uganda. Unannounced Mass intentions are listed in the weekly bulletin as “Other Masses requested this week.”
